Our eco-conscious plant prioritises sustainability, utilising Vibro Compact German Technology with PLC-based precision control. With a daily production capacity exceeding 100,000 units, we are a registered vendor with the Haryana government.

As a first-generation entrepreneur, he has built CRS Group through disciplined capital deployment, deep market understanding, and an unwavering commitment to integrity.
His leadership has been instrumental in establishing long-standing relationships with institutional clients, government authorities, and strategic partners. Mr. Kumar continues to provide strategic oversight, risk governance, and mentorship to the leadership team, ensuring continuity of values and long term strategic clarity.

Mrs. Mini Yadav brings extensive experience in retail, consumer brands, and multi-format business scaling. A business management graduate from Delhi University, she has successfully led the Group’s diversification into consumer-facing ventures, creating brands recognised for quality, consistency, and operational excellence.
Her expertise lies in market positioning, brand strategy, and operational scalability—skills that have enabled CRS Group to enter, grow, and exit select retail verticals with strong value creation. She continues to play a strategic role in evaluating new opportunities, partnerships, and brand-led investments.
Mr. Nakul Yadav

Mr. Nakul Yadav leads CRS Group’s growth, innovation, and strategic expansion initiatives. An alumnus of the University of Nottingham, he brings a global outlook combined with a data driven and systems-oriented approach to asset development.
He is responsible for new project planning, capital structuring support, digital transformation, and process optimisation across verticals. His focus is on building scalable platforms, enhancing operational transparency, and strengthening institutional partnerships to support CRS Group’s next phase of growth.
